As Managing Director, Terry brings decades of specialized bankruptcy real estate disposition experience to his role. Leading the strategic growth of Stretto Real Estate Services, he leverages the company’s sizable infrastructure and collaborates with debtor counsels, Trustees, and creditors to identify, market, and sell real estate assets in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases nationwide. Clients value Terry’s deep market knowledge and nuanced, hands-on approach to navigate complex transactions and maximize estate value. With licensed expertise and a proven track record, he delivers results that set the standard in bankruptcy real estate disposition. Terry actively participates in the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). Prior to joining Stretto, he served as Senior Vice President at Hilco Real Estate, where he led the nation in Section 363 sales, and as Vice President at Auction.com/Ten-X, where he drove distressed asset sales nationwide.
