In his role as Senior Associate, Ted leverages over seven years of corporate-restructuring and client-service experience. With a specialized focus in public securities, he assists with rights offerings, exchange and tender offers, securities issuances, and related distributions. He effectively collaborates with clients, transfer agents, indenture Trustees, and clearing houses to effectuate corporate-action cases. As a member of Stretto’s Chapter 11 case team, Ted works closely with his colleagues to facilitate case-management operations, overseeing noticing services, claims processing and reconciliation, voter solicitation, and creditor interactions. Clients rely on Ted for his substantive subject-matter expertise and responsive client service.
