In his role as Director, Raymond is responsible for the successful retention and ongoing engagement of Stretto’s consumer-bankruptcy Attorney clients. Drawing on significant industry experience, he leverages procedural insight to implement feature adoption and streamline processes designed to maximize productivity. Working with members across internal departments such as Product, Technology, and Development, he relays client feedback and suggestions for new products and features with the overall goal of easing operational burdens so Attorneys can focus on increasing revenue and growing their practices.
