Nancy oversees the onboarding, training, and professional development of Stretto’s Corporate Restructuring case-management team. She coordinates appropriate staffing to maximize productivity and leverage resources effectively. Nancy establishes and implements standard procedures for document review, including claims and ballots, and processing, ensuring quality control.
