With over 25 years of combined experience in the bankruptcy and financial services industries, Nancy brings particular knowledge to her role as a Regional Director. Based in California, she supports Trustees across the country, serving as a liaison between Stretto clients and the company’s Product Development and Client Service Teams. With a keen focus on improving case-management efficiencies, Nancy relays critical feedback from clients so technology upgrades and business process enhancements can be developed and implemented. Drawing on insight gleaned from previous roles at Washington Mutual and Great Western Bank, she also works with Stretto’s Banking Services Team to assist with complicated banking transactions. Clients appreciate Nancy’s consistent responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to identify and apply practical solutions to any unique needs. She is also a board member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) Southern California Network.
