Drawing on over 25 years of bankruptcy-industry experience, Melanie brings particular skill to her role as Regional Director. As a former Chapter 7 Trustee paralegal, she understands efficient case management is only possible with the right combination of technology and tailored client support. Supporting clients in Florida, Ohio, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Mississippi, Melanie is a dependable resource in providing training and guidance on Stretto’s proprietary software platform, as well as developing customized workflows and other useful processes geared toward increasing Trustees’ productivity. She engages members of the company’s Client Services Team to troubleshoot and triage any issues they may have to decrease the impact on business operations. Melanie provides additional value by serving as a conduit between her clients and other industry professionals by orchestrating networking opportunities that facilitate business matters.
