As a former Trustee Administrator and bankruptcy paralegal, Marty brings over 15 years of substantive experience to his role as Director. Focused on the northeast region, he serves as a trusted advisor to his clients in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Trustees rely on him for his business acumen in resolving complicated case-management challenges. Utilizing collaborative working relationships with the Office of the US Trustee and Regional Analysts, he provides additional value by ensuring solutions comply with federal and state requirements. Viewed as an integral service partner, clients benefit from Marty’s keen ability to connect them to other industry professionals who are able to facilitate and advance their business operations. Internally, his Stretto colleagues seek him out for suggested resolution on their most troublesome issues including multiple wage claims and complex distributions. With deep roots in the area, Marty holds a B.A. from Villanova University.
