Drawing on his background as a former Trustee Administrator and bankruptcy paralegal, Marty brings over 20 years of substantive experience to his role as Director. He focuses on the Northeast region, serving as a trusted advisor to clients in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Trustees rely on Marty’s business acumen to effectively resolve complicated case-management challenges, such as conversions from Chapter 11, operating cases, assets and claims allocations between related corporate estates, complex gross-to-net transactions, and multiple wage claims distributions. He leverages collaborative working relationships with the Office of the U.S. Trustee to ensure solutions comply with federal, regional, and local requirements. Recognized as an integral service partner, Marty connects clients with other industry professionals to facilitate and advance their Trustee business operations and industry networks. Internally, his Stretto colleagues seek his expertise to resolve intricate issues such as corporate case challenges, wage claims distributions, complex distributions, and collaborations with Trustees’ professionals.
