Drawing on over 20 years of experience, Lisa brings significant expertise to her role as Director. Leveraging her background in strategic partnership management, she works closely with fiduciaries to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Trustee Suite by Stretto. Lisa specializes in managing client relationships and collaborates with leadership and internal teams to track enhancement requests and identify process improvements. She provides feedback to leadership and product teams to advance solutions that meet fiduciaries’ operational needs. Drawing on her extensive experience in client success, account management, and portfolio operations, Lisa builds lasting partnerships and delivers consultative guidance that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives. Prior to joining Stretto, she served as Regional Vice President of Client Success at Baker Hill.
