With over 20 years of combined bankruptcy and legal-industry experience, Kim brings significant subject-matter expertise to her role as Regional Director. With an emphasis on the Small Business Reorganization Act, she cultivates and maintains nationwide relationships by serving as an advisor to Stretto’s Subchapter V Trustee clients. Kim provides guidance on best practices for case management, delivers legislative updates, and assists with UST-reporting compliance. She instructs both Subchapter V Trustees and Chapter 7 Trustees on how to fully maximize Trustee Suite tools and features to increase operational efficiency. Drawing on her former positions as a Trustee Administrator and a Bankruptcy Paralegal, Kim provides practical and insightful instruction on workflow procedures that increase daily productivity. She is an active member of NABT.
