In her role as Regional Director, Kelly’s primary focus is facilitating operational efficiency for both external clients and internal Stretto departments. Having served as both a Trustee paralegal and an administrative clerk, she has comprehensive insights from sitting on both sides of the desk. With a dedication to providing high-end client service instilled early in her professional career, Kelly draws on over 25 years of bankruptcy industry experience to provide functional guidance to her clients in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Oklahoma and Tennessee. Clients rely on her bi-monthly training sessions and Trustee forums for up-to-date information on recent software enhancements and to share best practices for case management. Internally, Kelly is viewed as an important resource for streamlining the migration process and ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to clients’ business operations.
