In his role as Senior Managing Director, Dan is responsible for deploying effective claims-administration solutions, business insights, and operational excellence to our clients. His focus includes federal equity receiverships, regulatory remediations, SEC fund administrations, FDIC claims administrations, as well as avoidance action analysis, prosecution, and defense in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases. Dan leverages over 20 years of legal claims administration experience to develop customized solutions for clients. While an attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, he has represented clients such as Converse, Inc., Safelite Glass Corp., and Maxxim Medical Group, Inc. through their Chapter 11 cases. He also served as law clerk to the Honorable Arthur J. Gonzalez, former Chief Bankruptcy Judge in the Southern District of New York. Dan is an active member of National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER), the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
