Terry Dear Of Stretto Voted “Best Tech Manager” In Tech In Motion Timmy Awards

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 31, 2019 – Tech in Motion has selected Terry Dear, vice president, software engineering at Stretto, a market-leading bankruptcy administration and fiduciary services firm, as Best Tech Manager at the 2019 annual Timmy Awards ceremony. Honored with the “Community Favorite” award, Dear beat out the competition in Orange County, California after more than 40,000 votes were tallied for the Timmy Awards, which recognizes the top management and workplaces for tech professionals in ten cities across North America.

With nearly 25 years of substantive technology experience, Terry oversees operational and development aspects of IT at Stretto, including product management, application development, and enterprise/business/data architectures. Directing a talented team of software engineers and product owners, Terry implements long and short-term enterprise strategic envisioning and execution for application product management and development, focusing on protecting personally identifiable information and regulation compliance. She serves on Stretto’s executive management team and is the program chair for the Orange County, California chapter of Women in Technology International.
