In his role as Regional Technical Manager, Steve draws on nearly 40 years of extensive computer-science expertise beginning with IBM in the seventies. As one of the company’s most seasoned technology professionals, he provides software and hardware maintenance for Chapter 7 Trustee clients in over 15 territories. With a primary focus in the Midwest and Southeast, he conducts onsite visits to ensure equipment is functioning properly. His clients rely on his technology acumen (along with his witty banter) to quickly identify and resolve even the most complex issues. Internally, Steve’s colleagues on the Client Services Team look to him for professional development guidance and regard him as a valuable resource.
