Bringing over 25 years of combined experience in the bankruptcy and technology industries, Scott serves as Technical Director. In his role, he is responsible for the oversight of Stretto’s regional teams of Field Technicians ensuring standard procedures are followed and consistent client service is provided. Under Scott’s direction, the Field Technicians offer complete computer networking support services for company-provided equipment and provide timely onsite computer repair, enhancement and/or replacement services. When onsite support isn’t necessary, Scott and his team are available to troubleshoot problems via phone and remote-support connections. Clients rely on Scott’s knowledgeable team to maintain their hardware so they can work efficiently with no interruptions to their day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Stretto, Scott held director-level positions with Kepler Asset Management, Infocrossing, Inc., and Global Crossing, Inc.
