With more than 25 years of computer and computer-networking support experience, Scott brings substantive expertise to his role as Technical Director. Leading a group of skilled Regional Technical Managers, he develops and implements a consistent field-service approach aligned with Stretto’s best-in-class client-service philosophy. On company-issued equipment, Scott and his team provide immediate hardware repair (and when necessary, replacement) and other system-support services. Clients rely on Scott for his responsiveness and ability to deliver technology results, ensuring they remain operational at all times. Prior to joining Stretto, Scott held director-level positions with Global Crossing Inc., Infocrossing Inc., and Kepler Asset Management.
