With nearly 40 years of combined technology and bankruptcy experience, Robert brings substantive expertise to his leadership role. As Technical Support Director, he oversees a skilled team of professionals with one shared objective – to quickly resolve technical issues the first time so Stretto’s clients experience minimal disruption to their daily operations and remain focused on their business. Leveraging strong relationships he’s built over the years with other members of Stretto’s Client Services Team, Robert can effectively work across departments to ensure the highest level of responsiveness and service. With particular knowledge of computer and network hardware, Windows, and third-party applications, he is a valued internal resource for his colleagues. Prior to joining Stretto, Robert held the position of Network Engineer at Tactical IT, BetterBytes Inc., and Winsoft, Inc.
