Nicholas Kennedy

With over a decade of financial-services and corporate-restructuring expertise, Nick brings significant industry experience to his role as Practice Counsel. Working closely with Stretto’s Leadership Team, he offers advice on legal matters pertaining to the implementation of the company’s new services and practice areas. Nick also oversees both tactical and strategic initiatives, providing legal insight to guide the day-to-day activities and the long-term vision of Stretto’s Corporate Restructuring, Specialty Deposits and Trustee Suite solutions. Leveraging best practices, Nick utilizes proven methodologies to conduct research and provide legal guidance supporting overall business practices and requirements. Prior to joining Stretto, Nick served as Senior Counsel, Senior Vice President with Citizens Bank and was a member of McGuireWoods’ Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group.
