In her role as Director of Operations, Melissa oversees the legal-noticing and operational teams supporting Stretto’s Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 business solutions. She brings over 15 years of subject-matter expertise with a particular focus on workflow efficiency, corporate-change initiatives, and project management. Working with clients across various sectors, Melissa leverages her extensive bankruptcy-industry experience to identify and implement process efficiencies so busy turnaround professionals can focus on more substantive case issues. Junior colleagues rely on her hands-on leadership and deft approach to professional development. While directing a skilled team of full-service operators, Melissa also manages third-party provider and vendor relationships, cultivating Stretto’s robust network of industry partnerships.
