As Vice President of Human Resources, Jennifer leads the strategic direction and implementation of key employee initiatives critical to Stretto’s growth, success and sustainability. In this vital role, she leverages over 20 years of substantive human resource experience across multiple disciplines including organization development, talent acquisition/management, and culture cultivation. Jennifer is responsible for a wide variety of human resource and administrative-service functions such as compensation, benefits, corporate philanthropy and employee relations, as well as real estate and facilities management for the company’s domestic locations. Prior to joining Stretto, she held senior-management positions with Hyundai Motor America. Jennifer serves on Stretto’s Executive Management Team and is an active member of SHRM and PIHRA.
