Technical Support Engineer I
With more than 10 years of technical-support experience, Javier brings extensive expertise to his role. He works with internal clients based in the company’s headquarters, providing and maintaining computer equipment on a daily basis. Javier also images, configures, and deploys computer systems to Stretto’s employees located across the country. As a member of the Client Services Team, he troubleshoots issues remotely and offers hardware and technical support to Chapter 7 Trustees. Clients rely on Javier’s technology acumen while colleagues consider him a subject-matter expert who is always willing to pitch in and offer assistance.
