Technical Support Engineer II
Franco brings nearly 25 years of software and hardware expertise to his role as Technical Support Engineer. Leveraging substantive knowledge of Stretto’s proprietary, technology platform, he effectively responds to and resolves a wide range of computer-related issues. With particular skill related to hardware, desktop, connectivity, networks, and third-party software, Franco meticulously tracks and documents all service calls and maintains communication throughout the process. He works alongside other members of Stretto’s Client Services Team to troubleshoot issues and leverages information to ensure issues are contained and not widespread. Clients rely on Franco’s tenacity and professionalism while trusting him to keep their technology operational so they can focus on other areas of their business. He previously held technical-engineer positions at Mercury Insurance, Ameriquest Mortgage, and American Home Mortgage Services, Inc.
