With over 15 years of substantive experience she has a proven track record in increasing organizational efficiency through practical technology applications, adopting leading methodologies and implementing streamlined procedures. Dawn’s primary focus is creating standardized and sustainable processes while building bench strength to maximize productivity. Her keen ability to foster collaboration through clear communication and nuanced direction has resulted in effective team leadership and flawless implementation.
