Christine brings a strong technical-systems background to her role as Software Support Analyst. Resolving software challenges on a daily basis, she employs simple-to-understand terms and relatable analogies to help clients easily grasp the technology issues so both the problem and solution makes sense. With an empathetic ear, Christine perseveres to identify and resolve even the most difficult challenges in a timely manner. Chapter 7 Trustees appreciate her attention-to-detail and thoroughness with the ultimate objective of ensuring they can resume their daily operations in a timely manner. Internally, Christine effectively turns to her Client Services Team colleagues as resources for collaboration and their helpful thought leadership.
