With over 30 years of cumulative financial institution, investment management and bankruptcy industry experience, Charlene brings substantive know-how to her role as Director. Directing a team of skilled banking experts, she is responsible for cultivating and maintaining Stretto’s nationwide network of bank relationships. Working closely with the Product Development Team, Charlene oversees the due diligence and integration procedures for new financial partners. With a strategic focus on internal and external process efficiency, she leads the robust onboarding program, conducting informative training sessions and serving as a liaison between bank personnel and our clients. Charlene monitors overall data and risk control across all of the company’s deposit management platforms. Fiduciaries rely on Charlene and her team for their commitment in providing seamless bank account and transaction administration. Prior to joining Stretto, Charlene held positions with JPMorgan Chase, State Street Bank and The Capital Group.
